Cleanroom Construction, and Operation.

Clean Build Protocols

During the construction of the room, we adhere to a system of protocol levels to build the room “Clean”, to reduce the final cleanup, and ensure a room that will continue to meet your specifications.

Five common Clean Build Stages are:

1.     Building Enclosed
2.     Cleanroom Perimeter Enclosed
3.     Cleanroom Floor, Walls & Ceiling Installed
4.     HEPA / ULPA’s Installed
5.     Certification

We train all personnel working on site, at the start of the project or as they arrive on site. It is important that they understand why these protocols are required, how it will affect the construction and the future success of the Cleanroom.
